"Tiny room, outdated, not the cleanest. The noise
from other rooms unbearable until 3am one night- maintenance work from 8am that was not prewarned. Good location though and was above average for a hotel for this size. "
"Beautiful hotel they couldn't do enough to help. I asked for an extra topper on my bed it was put on before that night.
Room lovely & clean breakfast was lovely, a free breakfast.
All staff where very happy to help, and all smiling, which sometimes today you dont get.
Will definitely stay again."
"The staff was very attentive and welcoming. They paid attention to details and sent special things to my room for my birthday without me asking. I will be back!"
"The room was spartan with no storage. There was nowhere to place bags or hang clothes; they had to go on the floor or the bed. The water pipes were very loud both after use and randomly throughout the stay. Also, what I assume to be the Tube could be felt vibrating the walls while trying to sleep. There was nowhere in the room to get drinking water or refreshments, this was all one floor up in reception. The only towel hooks are right over the toilet and toilet paper dispenser, whichbis unhygienic. The location was convenient. "
"Room was perfect for an overnight stay and ideal if you want to catch a train to/from Euston. Nce people, sadly didn't get a chance to have breakfast."
