2/10 Terrible
"The elevator wasn’t working the whole time we were there. Asked for an ifon that was never provided. We had to go with luggage the last day from the stairs. 7 floors. At least of they knew that the elevator wasn’t working they could have accommodated us in another floor lower. Not very happy with the stay here "
"The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was very small, barely large enough for the 3 of us. Very small bathroom but I did appreciate the walk-in shower rather than tub. Although the room was clean, The room we stayed in on 5th floor was in dire need of renovation and made us feel like we were staying at a low budget hotel. The breakfast was OK but the only hot food were sausages (but they cut them out on weekends) and warmed boiled eggs which were horribly rubbery and not edible. The croissants are excellent - fresh and warm! It was a short walk to the bus stop so pretty convenient. A little further to the Metro but not too far."
"Hotel is a bit out in the sticks but there is public transport close by. Room was very basic and clean could maybe do with a fresh lick of paint but the bed was comfy. After the mix up with the rooms which ended up with us entering an occupied room the staff were very helpful to fix the error which took 3 attempts to actually get us a room that was free !"
"A fantastic place to stay for a Paris city break! So easy to get most places in and around Paris from the hotel. Friendly, very helpful staff all of whom speak fluent English if you need that. Clean well maintained rooms.
The breakfast was terrific with both cooked and continental options and plenty of it!
Well worth a visit!"
"You can see the Eiffel tower from your breakfast table every morning. From your room, you get a nice view of the city.
Good selection for breakfast and it was filing. Staff at the restaurant were super helpful. A special thanks to Fatou, who went over and beyond to meet our needs. We looked forward to her warm greetings every morning at breakfast.
Nice and quiet location but close to public transportation. Hotel felt safe."
