"The room doesn’t have central air on. I ask the stuff he told me it’s not the time to turn central AC yet because not hot enough. I think the building is too old . Just central AC It’s very humid in the room. The floor carpet is looking very dirty. "
"The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. We were early for check in so dropped our bags and checked out the area. As it was a Sunday the pedestrian streets were busy. The area is very convenient to West lake . Would recommend the hotel and there are some very good restaurants in a mall just 5 minutes away.One is Green Tea and the other is Grandmas place."
