Hotel Regina Sorrento

"Reception staff were very welcoming and explained everything that we needed to know. Carmen walked us to our room and showed us how to use the air conditioning etc….very helpful. Our bedroom was beautiful and very clean. Comfortable bed. Bathroom had everything you needed. We had a lovely balcony. Great to be able to sit outside. Beautiful pool/garden area. Great location. Unbelievable views. Definitely recommend."

"Best part of the stay is the staff. Everyone was extremely welcoming and nice. They were super helpful in arranging the transportation to the Naples hotel. They also connected us with the doctor for my son’s earache. Although the room and bathroom are tiny the helpful staff made all of forget that even being an isssue."

"I had an excellent stay at Hotel Rivage and would absolutely recommend it. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and felt updated throughout. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the warm weather. The views were beautiful, and I loved spending time by the pool, which was clean, relaxing, and had great scenery. The location was also fantastic—close enough to easily walk to the main strip and center of Sorrento while still feeling peaceful and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything about my stay exceeded expectations. I truly have no complaints whatsoever and would happily stay here again on a future trip to Sorrento."

"The property has bags of character, feeling contemporary but not sterile. The staff are extremely attentive and the breakfast team make you feel like you’re there for a posh dinner. The pool area is very well maintained and plenty of space although the pool itself was too cold for me. Location is perfect next to Plaza Vittoria, the view is fantastic and it’s worth trying to get a sea view. Only complaint is that the north side of the building is VERY noisy all night, between late night tourists, mopeds and the emptying glass bins. The hotel next door also played loud music until quite late. In the end we were so tired it didn’t affect us after a few nights, but to light sleepers I would suggest asking for a different room if yours is adjacent to the road that heads towards Marina Grande"

"Cleanest hotel I have ever visited. The bathroom was spotless. Two restaurants. The primary, Zest, is world class. Multiple courses of unique cuisine. The rooftop has a beautiful pool and another restaurant. Both have an outstanding view of the bay of Naples. The restaurant has a wide variety of great food and specialty cocktails. The staff was very well trained, attentive and helpful. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and plan to return soon."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Maria in Sorrento. Anna, Giusy, and Iole were absolutely amazing throughout our visit. They were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was simple but delicious, with a nice selection of fresh items each morning. Our room was spotless and very well maintained. We stayed on the 5th floor and were fortunate to have a beautiful view of both the ocean and Mount Vesuvius, which made every morning special. The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk of the center of town, making it easy to explore Sorrento’s shops, restaurants, and attractions. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was quiet, allowing for a great night’s sleep. The pool area on the first floor was lovely, and the bar served delicious food at very reasonable prices. Overall, we were extremely pleased with both the hotel and the outstanding service we received. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Villa Maria to anyone visiting Sorrento."
