"Everything was great at the resort from the room to the amenities and the staff were very nice but we were sick multiple days from the food or water so be careful."
"Our stay at this resort with our 2-year-old was unfortunately disappointing overall. Upon arrival, we were directed to the Level private check-in area, which was quite disorganized and messy. The check-in process took about an hour and a half, which was frustrating after traveling.
The cleanliness of the room was also an issue. The floors did not appear to be properly cleaned, and I found hair in the shower that did not belong to me, which was concerning.
In terms of dining, the buffet food was good and offered decent variety. However, we made reservations at the Mexican and Italian restaurants, and the food at both was underwhelming and did not meet expectations.
Customer service was inconsistent. While some staff members were helpful, others made us feel as though we were inconveniencing them when asking for assistance.
On a positive note, our son absolutely loved the splash water park—it was the highlight of our trip and a great feature for families with young children."

"I can’t say enough about the staff. They’re very friendly and extremely helpful. I would say that’s the highlight of this facility - the genuine warmth that you feel from the staff. When you needed something they responded immediately and couldn’t be more kind. My husband enjoyed the food but i was a bit picky. For me I felt the restaurant food for evening meals was fresher and tastier than the buffet. What did bother me, perhaps i’m just smell sensitive, was the odor in the air and in the sink water. I understand a lot of these resorts have their own septic system. For me, this smell bothered me all week and because of that i will not be returning which is too bad. The facility is nicely landscaped and all is very clean but i couldn’t deal with the odor. "

"We had problem after problem with customer service.
We were three parties of two and asked to be put close together several times this did not happen. We ended up in three separate buildings.
It is hard sometimes to communicate with the staff because of language barriers.
One of our dinner reservations was for 7 PM and we were not served until after 9 PM.
In order to get a chair on the beach, we had to get up at 7 AM to put a towel on our chair. It would be the same case had we wanted to sit at the pool.
We enjoyed our vacation overall. But I would give customer service a one and a half out of five.
