"The room was not properly prepared or checked before our arrival. Basic amenities were not functioning—for example, the kettle was not working, and we had to call early in the morning to get it replaced.
We had specifically reserved a deluxe balcony room. Additionally, we requested a room near the elevator due to my senior citizen mother, who has difficulty walking long distances. However, no such room was provided.
Instead, we were given a downgraded room without a balcony. When we raised this issue and requested a refund for not being provided the booked room category, the hotel refused to process any refund.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to poor room readiness, lack of consideration for special requests, and unsatisfactory resolution of the issue."
