"Fantastic, modern, clean property to kick off our Tokyo and Japan stay. The location is close enough to the action if you don’t mind walking or taking a short train ride and it’s very quiet. Would stay there again without hesitation. "
"The location and the staff were excellent. They even take care of shipping your suitcase to a different hotel and provide a suitcase storage. The only thing is that the room is a bit small compared to other hotels that I went. "

"We booked this hotel for our last night in Japan after a two week trip. I thought this was going to be a luxury hotel based on the price and photos. I was wrong. The lobby is nice and the staff are attentive, but the room left a lot to be desired. It was like stepping back in time to 1995. The room was spacious, which was nice, but for the price I was expecting a more modern look and feel. It was clean enough, but everything was just old. The beds were also on the hard side. Overall, it was fine, it served its purpose, but was not worth the price tag. "
