"The pristine condition of this hotel was simply stunning. However, the standout feature was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly friendly and even went so far as to pose for selfies with me. Inside my room, all the amenities are of premium quality including soap, body lotion and also coffee machine, safety box, cool bar, ironing board set and the branded TOTO automated toilet bowl. There's also a dedicated flat sink for purified drinkable tap water. And to top it off, a new gym is on...

The skincare packages in the bathroom are one of the best we’ve tried. Free juice and complementary sake/wine with a simple survey are great. The interior design and book collections are definitely a big attraction. 10/10 will definitely recommend to friends. "

"Lovely and super helpful staff. Really friendly and polite despite my poor Japanese. The hotel is very well presented inside, the room was at pictured on booking website. It was cleaned well. The little extras made all the difference (bar each night with soft drinks and little skincare sachets). The onsen area is also well equipped with everything you may need to prepare and the timings for men versus women work very well as they altenerate across the week. "Wonderful hotel with a very convenient location! The train station was close by, making it easy to travel around Tokyo and visit different attractions. The area also had many restaurants, shops, and cafes nearby. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
