"We stayed as a family of four over two rooms. Both rooms we clean, and well maintained, bathroom layouts were interesting in one room, and we were missing the complimentary wine. Roof top terrace is awesome, very popular with non residents so book ahead if you want dinner, not advised at check in. Parking 5 mins walk away, EUR25 booked by the hotel which was well received. Managed to misplace a room key, and were unable to get a replacement, due to ‘system issues’ and unable to confirm if the existing key had been blocked. Air-con worked and the hotel was just what we needed ahead of a flight back to the UK from Palermo."

"Small beautiful property with 9 rooms which are impeccably clean. Lovely breakfast area with a large selection of food for every taste. Our room and balcony caught the sun for 2 hours every day from 2pm to 4pm which quite frankly was enough as temps were 36° ,feeling like 42° !. (Mid August 2026). Staff really nice and helpful and location was perfect for exploring every corner of the city ,especially the centre. Only very small quirk was the ads mentioned rooftop terrace, and there was , but it is unfurnished and is a lovely big area but nowhere to sit etc. Not a con ,and the weather made it difficult to spend any amount of time there but potential guests may think its someplace to sunbathe etc. As I said no big deal for us. Loved the hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay next time. Thank you."

"Perfect place at good price, all benefits of highest price hotels, as far as the room and hotel go. Noise reduction frames on the windows that work perfectly but you can choose to leave open or close, blackout fitted to frames and always on air conditioning. Very high standards that are not so common even in more expensive places. Although there is no bar nor restaurant but there is a lovely breakfast room for guests who want to order breakfast. In-house bar and restaurant are not needed nor of any benefit, as you are just around the corner from the busiest cafe, restaurant street in Palermo. And a proper hotel reception, 24 hrs, Thun famous ceramics shop just on way to central Palermo, you can walk to central Palmero in 10 to 15 minutes, well worth dropping by. A uniquely Sicilian Trend gear, T Shirts, hats etc. shop is just near the book shops, also a must. Both in strolling distance from the Hotel."

"This was the most relaxed and peaceful hotel we've stayed in. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast had an incredible selection - something for everyone, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom (even in our smaller room) was spacious. It's a smaller hotel, so there's never many people around when relaxing by the pool for example. Its location is excellent, being only a 10 to 15 min walk from the popular areas of the city centre. There are also some excellent eateries only a few minutes' walk away. The Kalsa area has an incredible history so it's worth researching before you go. We never once felt unsafe or uneasy, so don't be concerned by any comments about this. We stayed 8 nights and filled our week with some booked tours, a cruise, and our own exploration of Palermo. If you're moderately fit, you can walk from the hotel to all the main attractions such as the Normal Castle, the Cathedral, the many churches, the harbour, the Botanical Gardens (do take the audio tour) and even the Capuchin Catacombs. A dip in the pool and relaxing in the beautiful garden was very welcome after a full day in the heat. More generally, we felt very safe in all of Palermo. It's very different from say Rome and it was wonderful being surrounded by all the locals and Italians holidaying from other areas of the country. I highly recommend this hotel and Palermo as a destination."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Abatellis Luxury in Palermo. The suite was beautiful, comfortable and the perfect base for exploring this wonderful city. Tiziana was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. She was always happy to help and gave us a really warm welcome. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Abatelis Luxury to anyone visiting Palermo. A beautiful place with a lovely host — we’d happily stay again!"
