"The location can't be beat. You'll find yourself right in the center of everything, yet it's quiet and safe. The staff is courteous and helpful. The in-room dining menu is competitively priced. But the room itself, though clean and comfortable, left a bit to be desired. The bathroom door slammed shut behind me. One of the sliding closet doors was stuck, leaving half the closet unusable. The ice bucket didn't work. Considering how much the room cost, I expected better. Still, I'd stay here again. The location and staff are that good."
"Cute. seemingly well maintained. Staff was helpful when we wanted to change rooms. My only concern is that you could hear people in the next room extremely well. Walls are thin. Nowhere to hang an hand towel. Other than that, easy and nice vibe."
"Then staff was great and the room was also perfect. Only disappointment was the rooftop bar was completely in ruins. Seems like it was just left abandoned. The hotel is really nice and i think if they gave attention to revamping the rooftop entertainment area it would drive so much more clientele. Besides that everything else was 5 stars."
