"I love staying at this hotel however one of the perks I enjoy most is the pool unfortunately the pool was not available for most of my stay 12day reservation o received an e mail around 8 days prior the maintenance was not the issue was that upper level mgmt did not work out some terms with a nearby hotel for us to use their pool supply a hotel shuttle service for the guest just had to designate a scheduled pick up/ drop off thanks for your attention to this matter everyone who works in the reception area great caring workers imagine all the questions over and over again all because of no forward thinking"
"I was a member in the club and was able to smoke a cigar outside on the terrace. I enjoyed the young lady Emily, who was able to be extremely nice and hospitable.
Also Celine a new trainee at the front desk, spoke great English and was able to recommend locations around town"
"Good value hotel. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. The staff are helpful, the porter was always very friendly and welcoming. The hotel looks like it might be due a bit of redecoration and have some newer stuff bought, like the towels at the pool for example. The TV didn't work too well in the room."

"A five star review does not do justice for this hotel if i could Give 1000 stars I would this is coming from someone who travels ALOT and always stays in the best hotels this it’s probably one of the best hotels I stayed at .the service is top-tier. The food is top-tier. And the fact they treat everyone with the upmost respect and kindness Is unmatched despite your race is what really stands out for me because a lot of places Think just because you’re black that you may not have money and we definitely do so I loved the fact that they treated us the way they did ! Me and my sister spent our birthday here and I am so happy that we picked this for our stay ! This review is coming from an American from the US so if you are seeing this pick this place, you will not be disappointed. We spent time at their pool area. The service and friendliness was great there as well. I think this is one of the nicest hotels in this area the pool area is unmatched. The breakfast was delicious all of the chefs did a fantastic job! Next time we come, we want to bring our entire family and stay here so they can experience the same luxury we did Thank you to the hotel and the staff for outstanding service ! Whatever they need, they will take care of you with no problem so if you’re looking for a place to stay with great service, great communication and a good vibe. This is definitely the hotel for you.
