"Very friendly staff. The property was very well maintained and in a perfect location to walk to some of the key sites in Istanbul. Breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. Is by public transportation, although we did not utilize it. Highly recommend and we had a very good experience there."

Location is excellent and worth the long drive from airport. That said, the service for reserved shuttle from airport was not great and fairly pricey. Shuttle back to airport was pricey, but the driver and service was much better.
Rooftop staff were amazing as they supported me through my fear of birds and managed to capture a memorable video feeding the bird with the blue mosque in background. This is why I gave 4 stars. "
"Loved the hotel, room, staff, location, view from room and roof, and breakfast offerings and setting. Only issue is that I got food poisoning and based on timing I think it was something at breakfast."
