"All of the ladies at the desk both for check in and check out were very friendly, nice and courteous!! Breakfast buffet was good, hot food could of been warmer( home fries and eggs) plenty of other choices though. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice, not enough of pool towels though."

I am disabled and asked for a 1st floor roomwhen I booked the room but when I got there the staff was not sure what rooms were available on the 1st floor. So she put me on the 2nd floor even with a handicap placard.
The bed was not secure to the frame and when I sat on edge of bed the top of bed flipped...

"The room was very nice and had all the amenities. It was very new, up to date , and clean, except that there was hair clippings in the sink and toilet. I had to wait at least 5 minutes at an empty reservation desk with no way of letting them know I was here till someone came said he was helping housekeeping! Then another woman came and gave him more housekeeping orders. I think they’re very short staffed. Otherwise, I had a good night and breakfast!"
