"The first room had wet carpets from bathroom leak. Shower situation needs to be reworked, since 3rd room had similar water stains.
Moved to much smaller room for the night.
Next morning moved to same big luxury room we booked.

"Clean and quiet hotel in a residential type neighborhood. Not ideal if you don't have your own car.
But if you're a golfer, you don't need anything else
Staff is obliging and efficient (especially Enzo) and breakfast is better than most in this category.

"The staff make this place: so attentive and clearly trained. Whilst the hotel is a tad tired we were very comfortable and the breakfast was second to none. A 20% reduction with on site food was offered! Pity we didn't know if this previously: we had prebooked a nearby excellent restaurant."

"A nice, clean hotel in the centre of Varese. The staff are very professional and helpful, the rooms a good size and comfortable. The bathrooms are big and well appointed.
Breakfast is very good with the option, for a small extra charge, to have cooked dishes too.
I will definitely stay here again when I return to Varese."

"The hotel is located a short walk from the center. The bus leaves not far from the hotel. The room was a good size, the bathroom too. The bed could need a mattress topper. Plus for the fridge. The breakfast was a bit simple for a 4 star hotel, but you get full. First day it seemed a bit chaotic during breakfast, like there where no new glasses when I came down stairs. All over a good stay."
