Romantic Hotels in Mexico

Stayed here on honeymoon. Rented a car and explored the Yucatan using the Hacienda as a base. Wonderful property, the casitas maya are excellent, and the food at the restaurant (especially breakfast) is the best of what the region has to offer. The staff are discrete, almost entirely out of site but quickly in the room to clean up once you leave for dinner, etc. Great place.

Will and all ready have gone back. Will and have already recommended and taken family members.

…missing a connection sucks a$$ and when you’re disgruntled and have no where to go - finding out this hotel was in this airport turned my frown upside down and I went asleep. They were able to accommodate a late check out which subsided the lack of flights out of here and having to sit for a day made it not dreadful. Basically if you get stuck in Guadalajara I would stay here.

The best service in Tijuana

Hotel is in a new upscale marina area with lovely view. Very quiet and secure with an entrance in lobby allowing you to walk straight to probably the nicest mall in Cancun with many nice restaurants.

Habanero was closed, so that was a bit disappointing. But Jorge, who manages the fresh margarita stand, always greeted us with a smile and made the best kiwi margarita! Definitely would comeback for him:)

all good

Always a lovely stay, great central location, accommodating staff.

Staff super helpful and accommodating rooms are comfortable property is blocks away from great restaurants as well as convenience stores, while offering 24 hr room service.

Great stay

Great place to stay

My recent stay at this hotel in Cancun was an absolute delight. It’s the epitome of luxury, and the location is ideal. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible food. The dining experience was nothing short of amazing. A big plus is that in Cancún, where all-inclusive is common, this hotel offers a great option for those who want the flexibility to explore the area and not be tied to an all-inclusive plan. I highly recommend this hotel for a five-star getaway

Hacienda Santa Rosa will forever live in my memory as one of the most magical places I've stayed. Despite being managed by a hotel chain, it hasn't lost its patina and authenticity. It is more beautiful in person than in the pictures. I loved our tranquil room with sky-high ceilings, lovely tile work, and a view of a garden outside our window. Because there are only a few guest rooms, the staff spoiled us with attention and kindness--I've never been treated so well before. We were delighted with...

The hotel located in a perfect spot - close to the beach, malecon, many restaurants. Easy to get here from the airport by the local bus. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast - it was cooked for me from scratch every morning, when many other hotels give just a bag of cold breakfast items. Also two bottles of water every day was a nice touch. The room was spacious, and staff was very welcoming. I could find a few things to complain about, but for the price I paid, I don’t want to. It was a...

Excellent service, very nice hotel, good food, nice swimming pool. Two things. The swimming wasa little bit cloudy and the towels at the room and the swimming pool used. For such a nice hotel, this details matter. Thank you

Our room was nice

Staff throughout is exceptional friendly and always tending to guests needs, in all areas of the property. This property is great for a short executive stay if you’re in town for business, or if you’re planning to stay in town for a few days.
