The check in/out processes were difficult, vague, and outright frustrating. Our buzzer code never worked (it was never answered for us or customer support), making check in and checkout difficult. Both processes were not explained well. It took 30 minutes to get into the building and the same amount to leave.
At check in (at 12a), we had to call to even figure out how to get in, double park, get access, go upstairs to get the key, circle the block to get into parking, then finally get up to the room. All of this after attempting to contact the owner/service person via the buzzer code. Had to call support and security let us in the elevator.
At checkout, we were told simply to leave the key on the table. But we learned once we were stuck in the elevator that we couldn’t get to the parking level without the fob nor could we go back up to the room. Again, no answer with the buzzer code. Customer service was told by security that they couldn’t help us and customer service needed to send someone.
Security ultimately got us access to the parking garage so we could make our flight. I was NEVER contacted by customer support to see if we were ok, checked out, inform us that they were sending help, etc. For all they know, we are still sitting in the lobby waiting to get our car!!
