I would not recommend this hotel unless you absolutely have nowhere else to sta. maintenance does not know how to fix or repair anything properly. Towels were wore so thin you could see through them. No Kleenex in the room, sloppiest repairs to the walls and floors. Carpet loose in the hallways and patching on dry wall was very poor

Acommations -they met our needs with a smile every time.Was in a few different rooms ( we stayed for a longer period of time) which every room smell fresh & clean.Comforty beds.Little business area -computer was fast a& efficient.I believe there was a printer as well.The owner,staff has really come together to give us customer a safe,pleasant stay which I will be coming back....Laundry has been address as problems with operating efficiency -I believe Comfort Inn & Suites management is working on it so we as guest have good operated washer & dryer.

First room they put us in smelled off and the kitchenette sink was dirty and backed up. Moved us to a new room it was slightly cleaner but there was mold on the shower curtain. Then we saw a full grown roach in the hall way near the elevators. Pool needed cleaned and no pool towels. Breakfast wasn’t horrible but also saw a big roach by the coffee station which was a big turn off and ended up not eating breakfast again. Front desk staff was friendly for the most part but we had an hour late check out time and an employee walked into our room twice once an hour before normal check out time and then again 10 minutes after normal check out after I had told him we had a late check out time. Definitely won’t be going back it was an overall disappointment.

Room was clean but very out dated. Towels were very thin. No Kleenex in room. individual shampoo, conditioner and body lotion only big enough for one person. It was from the early 2000’s. Staff was very pleasant. I think it is Indian family run business. Breakfast was suitable but there was a sign saying no food to be taken back to the rooms

Staff was not friendly and there was only one person to check people in the line took over 40 min to get checked in. The pool never had towels and was freezing. Door from the pool to the outside had shattered glass and there was clearly mould everywhere. The pool area was not even picked up trash was left on the floor overnight. Elevators were slow small and dirty, you are not permitted to bring breakfast up to your room. People were running the halls till 130 in the morning. The room had a musty spend along with the smell of weed. Found a cockroach in the bathroom in the morning and clearly dark black hair in the beds that was not from me.

OWNER & Staff was NOT attentive. On their cell phone’s. Dismissive and not helpful. Room was awful. Holes in wall, chipped paint on walls , 1/2 roll toilet paper for two night/3 day stay ( I had to buy more), remote control had hole and they never replaced it. Asked 5x for more toilet paper & new remote. Elevator’s (all 3) were dirty & smelly. Atrocious all the way around, service & hotel.

First room was filthy, but they didn't have another room available. No shower, no toilet paper. When I called down to get another room, there's none available. I asked for a manager and a refund for the 2 nights until they could move me. I was very sick, so I asked for an orange or banana. The man who had gotten on the phone said that breakfast was over at 9and hung up on me. Five minutes later, there was a knock on,my door. A large Hispanic man with no uniform started screaming at me that there would be no refund, no new room, and no fruit. I tried to CC close the door on him, he wouldn't let me and said that I needed to vacate the room immediately and he was going to call the cops and. I slammed the door shut, locked the upper baracade and started to cry. I looked up up the name of what I thought was the corporate office, but I got the front desk of another hotel of the same name., and told the lady what was going on. She put me on a brief hold, came back and said that the front desk would be calling me to work something out... I immediately got a phone call from the lady at the front desk and said they would have to wait until noon checkout to try and find me another room. I was fine with that. Shortly thereafter, another knock on my door, it as the same man, Hash was his name, and he handed me 2 apples and an orange. I thanked him. A few minutes later, before noon, the front desk called to say they found a found a room just like my woul, be calling ie to work.someexpect,
