I booked three nights but stayed only one. On my second day, I discovered bed bugs. I asked to change rooms, but the hotel said there was nothing available. They even told me they had no staff to address it. I had no choice but to leave. I requested a refund, but I received nothing. The hotel was unresponsive and I was left without any support.

the room was okay. it had a bed and a bathroom and a full kitchen. the towels were stained. the overall look of the place was institutional. the staff were uncommunicative and indifferent.

You get what you pay for

It was a nice and clean hotel. I will add that there is not an elevator to help get luggage up to the upper and lower floors and there was bit of a musty smell in the hallway, but other than that my room was very clean and smelled fresh.

I was a little hesitant at first but I gave it a go&I'm glad I did.Very nice place,a lot of food restaurants close by,nice area, friendly staff&if you needed anything they were very quick about getting it to you.They didn't really have much to pick from the grab&go breakfast that was the only issue,but it's plenty of food spots to pick from so no biggie.I would go back

Beautiful remodel all-suite hotel! My room was immaculate and air conditioner was perfect. Hallways were very quiet despite hotel being full. Staff extremely friendly and helpful!
