We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely go again. The resort was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool and view was beautiful. The food was okay at the restaurants and buffet but we enjoyed the room service choices the best. We met many people from other places and had great conversations and times with them as well.

this is the second time I’ve stayed at this property. I again enjoyed an excellent stay. This time I booked through Expedia with VIP Access. this included a wristband with Expedia on it to designate my booking. I received a nice small gift to the room from Expedia and the hotel. The booking included a free upgrade if available. They only had a king size bed when two beds were requested. They did have two beds available for an upgrade. When I mentioned the Expedia VIP upgrade benefit, they were not aware of this benefit and took a screenshot of the confirmation and offer. I did not receive the upgrade.

The staff were amazing. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The food at the restaurants was delicious. It was very small but nice. The only thing it really needs is a dinner buffet.

This is our second time staying at the Cozumel Palace in 8 months! We love it here. The hotel has been recently remodeled and is better than ever. Food, drinks, service, etc. You can't go wrong. The kids playroom is so helpful and the entertainment staff does a great job. It did seem like some of the servers were possibly training, at each restaurant there seemed to be at least one server who was not as good as the others. (forgot food, took too long, etc) Otherwise, it was Amazing! Special shout outs go to; the Playroom staff- Dianne, Leslie and Yara for keeping our kids fully entertained and having the best trip ever! Server Alan, who is always smiling and helpful! Entertainment staff- Fernando, who is happy and entertaining to all. Server at MoMo- Elizabeth (hoping that's right) who provided us the most wonderful dinner experience. Spa Staff- Luz, who provided the most relaxing massage Everyone with Room Service and Housekeeping The Tequila Shot Band, who were Incredible! And the gentleman in Concierge, who are always eager to help. We appreciate ALL of you! Things we didn't love; the new restaurant reservation system, added unnecessary stress and planning to a vacation. The front desk staff could have been more helpful. Hard to even see them smile, which was an odd vibe. Overall we LOVE this property and definitely recommend to anyone.

The dining options and quality of food were great. We enjoyed the flexibility of the buffet. It should be stressed more at check in, or booking even, the need for restaurant reservations. It is more of a necessity than a recommendation. The resort app was easy to use and worked well for room service and mini bar refills. The bell staff were always friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff did a great job. For evening entertainment, the Tequila Shot Band was excellent!

**Si son mexicanos** buscando un hotel dónde hospedarse estas vacaciones, con mucha tristeza les pido **no consideren Cozumel Palace.** Aunque los cuartos y el servicio en alberca son buenos (como debería ser dado el precio), la actitud de la gerencia solo puedo definirla como **racista**. Somos una familia de 5, pagamos por la experiencia VIP Expedia y, en dos ocasiones distintas, sufrimos actitudes racistas en los restaurantes. Primero, en el restaurante italiano, tardaron 50 minutos en tomarnos la orden y otros 50 en sacar las entradas, solo porque nos quejamos. Mientras tanto, las mesas alrededor, con extranjeros, recibieron sus platillos en tiempo y forma. No escuchamos a nadie más hablando español, y el restaurante no es muy grande como para ignorar ese detalle. Segundo, el gerente del restaurante italiano nos prometió una mesa con vista al show en el grill como compensación. La reserva fue hecha con dos días de anticipación, y esa misma tarde confirmaron que estaba lista. Pero al llegar, nos asignaron la mesa más alejada del show. Al cuestionar, dijeron que cada restaurante opera por su cuenta, sin disculpas y con actitud prepotente. Pregunté directamente y confirmé que no había familias mexicanas cerca del show. Fue tan incómodo que decidimos cenar en nuestros cuartos. Es una pena que en tu propio país te traten así, como si nuestra moneda no tuviera águila, como si por ser mexicanos fuéramos menos. **Si tienen oportunidad de ir, mejor desaprovéchenla**.

Beautiful resort and amazing rooms. Great food. Service was hit or miss - we rarely got drinks and often had to request cutlery and coffee in the morning. Snorkling was amazing and overall it was great. we will be back!

Decepción absoluta

El hotel es muy pequeño, de áreas comunes sólo tiene la alberca y los camastros todos encimados. El baño olía terrible, lo reportamos y lo arreglaron pero al día siguiente segúa oliendo. Les falta mucho personal de servicio en los restaurantes. y la gente del front desk y relaciones públicas en lugar de ser los que te den apoyo y te hagan sentir bienvenido, son los peores. Nunca volvería a un Palace Hotel ni los recomiendo. Tuvimos un problema con una reservación y en lugar de ayudarnos hicieron todo lo posible por perjudicarnos, cero criterio de la gente y mucha prepotencia-.
