The room was in ok condition, our toilet was leaking, the tub had a hard time draining after my shower, and the temp setting on the iron was missing. The check-in wait, and the man who checked us in had a very nasty, arrogant attitude. We waited for 15 minutes or more to be checked in before someone actually came; by then, there was a line of people waiting for service. And the attendant said that if anyone had a problem, they could cancel. I thought that was very arrogant of him, given that we waited to be checked in. It was Valentine's Day, and people had planned this stay for that reason. Better training needs to be had! The dinner staff and bar staff were great! So was the food that night! This was our first time staying there.
