A bit disappointed and would not go back again
Food: 4/10
We had the all-inclusive package. Food quality and diversity were disappointing and repetitive, with poorly labeled dishes. One of our friends even found raw chicken in a salad. Breakfast was the best meal—standard but decent. Lunch and dinner were underwhelming. Alcohol options were limited: beer and wine during meals, and machine-made cocktails at the pool bar. All-inclusive ends at 23:00; drinks afterward are chargeable.
Location: 3/10 (for travelers not renting a car)
We booked the transfer via Hyatt’s website. The shuttle had multiple hotel stops, no clear timetable, and long delays—waited at the airport from 18:30 to 20:00; arrived at the hotel at 21:30. Reception was unhelpful nothing they can do. On return, the bus broke down, and we waited for a replacement, reaching the airport two hours after. Without a car, access is difficult. A taxi to Morro Jable costs €10–15.
Room (Sea View Double): 6/10
Located at the far end of the resort—quite a hike to the main areas. No drinking water or kettle provided. The sea view was not bad, and the room was near the beach gate (about a 10-minute walk to the beach).
Facilities: 6/10
Pools were fine and sunbeds available. Did not use the gym or indoor pool. Small shop onsite. The most impressive part is the view from the lobby. Reception could not provide any information on activities (diving snorkeling etc) they said to Google ourselves.
