The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.

The room was clean but the refrigerator did not work at all, there was an empty bottle of conditioner in the bathroom as if housekeeping didn’t bother checking it to see if it had anything in it or not, the hot tub wasn’t even lukewarm, it was also not functioning properly but it was not marked from guest use. The hotel looked nice but for the price i would expect to atleast have functional admenities

We left the hotel and canceled our stay once we checked out the room. The hotel smelled of must / mold. It was dirty with visible mold. Aron at front desk check in was very nice. We just couldn’t stay. The room smelled like smoke We found a nice hotel elsewhere. Won’t be back there ever !

So dirty, needs updated so badly. Did I mention it was dirty? The couches and chairs in the rooms are stained, the carpet is gross, the drain in the bathroom has so much gunk in it that it’s going to be clogged before long. I advise everyone to stay somewhere else.

Hotel doesn’t meet the expectations of an Embassy Suites Hotel, pricy and Poor quality… I have stayed at Embassy suites La vista nesbraska, Alpharetta Georgia, Portland Oregon and this Kansas City Embassy Hotel is by far the worst…

The breakfast was good. Check-in was confusing. We were told we couldn’t come in without a key card but we needed to check-in before getting a key card. ??? The bathroom was the size and condition of a phone booth.

My reservation was at a great price, easy check in, beautiful building-well cared for, amazing room, great buffet breakfast, secured parking...overall great stay. Due to business trip and early, I forgot my extra work shirt hanging in the closet. When I called after my event I was informed I had to go on line to have it delivered to me and pay a fee-this is ridicules and my office is a couple of miles away from the hotel.

The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was not cleaned. The manager had a poor response to remedy it, which he never really resolve. The carpets were dirty. Worst embassy suites I’ve ever stayed at.

Our hotel was just fine what we needed perfect vacations and good service quiet. I felt like the cost of appropriate. Would be nice to have them upgrade in the breakfast could’ve been a little better. Also, the parking garage was a little bit sketchy, but the outside parking was fine.

Employees were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Hotels drains are slow so expect water to pool in your shower/sink. Pool was nice though there was limited seating. They also ran out of towels but it was a holiday weekend so maybe not normal traffic for them. Lastly the elevator situation was pretty terrible. There was almost always a 5/10 min wait. And on checkout day we waited 20 minutes before an elevator came that was able to take us. There are stairs available however we had our suitcases with us and were in high heels so that didn’t feel like a safe or pleasant option. Not staffs fault! Something the higher ups should think on though.

Breakfast buffet was very messy. Parking was awful and had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for an elevator. We had a double suite the beds were very small. The pull out bed was bigger the actual beds.

Weather was amazing. Pool and hot tub were clean and plenty of towels available. I wish the pool stayed open until 10 but closes at 9. Breakfast has made to order omelettes, sausage, eggs, bacon, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt…etc. one of the best breakfasts at any hotel I have been to. Inside of the hotel is simply beautiful. Utilizing the roof for a rooftop bar should be something they should consider because the view is amazing. I did not see the nighttime reception advertised anywhere but still enjoyed everything else.
