I have stayed at many four seasons and it is always a lovely experience. This is the exception. I don’t know how they even can call the four seasons. I would say it’s more of a best western type situation. When you first come onto the property, the planters are filled with garbage and dirt. The building is brick dark sad with low ceilings. Even though I booked a two bed room, the person at the front desk. Thought I should be in a one bedroom and said it was better. Upon entering the room, the ceiling in the bathroom is so low that you can touch it. And when you look up to look at the ceiling, you realize that all of the paint is peeling off. Furthermore in the bathroom, the sink area is Plastic and the bathroom is tiny with no bathtub. The lights next to the bed didn’t work at all. And the air-conditioning was either freezing or humid. There is no in between. The windows were so dirty that if you touch them with your finger, your finger would turn black. There are no fresh flowers. The shampoos were kind of haphazardly put away. And it’s just a miserable uninspired crappy hotel room. They should be ashamed that they’re calling it a four seasons. Housekeeping makes the bed in a haphazard way. There is no attention to detail. And the service is the same. When I went downstairs just to buy a Coke. They simply handed me a can of Coke. I then asked for a glass of ice. They handed me a plastic cup with a little bit of ice in it. Simple things like they had a coffee machine downstai
