Overall, my stay at the Pullman Hotel in Miami was ok. The check-in process was quick and easy, which I really appreciated after a long travel day.
When we got to our room, it wasn’t completely clean, but the front desk staff provided excellent customer service and immediately assigned us a new room without any hassle.
I also had the opportunity to speak with the manager on duty, and he was very open to hearing about our experience. He made it a priority to ensure we were satisfied with our accommodations, which I truly appreciated.
We opted for the breakfast package, and I must say—the breakfast was delicious! The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better.
The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was also smooth and convenient—no issues there.
A few suggestions for improvement:
• The hotel rooms could use some updating.
• Housekeeping might benefit from additional training to ensure consistency in room cleanliness.
• Food and drink options are limited after a certain hour. While there are vending machines, having a small grab-and-go market or late-night snack options would be a great addition.
• The restaurant could use 1–2 more staff during busy hours to help manage tables more efficiently. The service wasn’t bad, just slightly delayed due to being understaffed.
Despite these minor concerns, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I’d consider staying again.
