We had a great stay. Only complaint is that there is no natural light coming into the apartment. There is a huge billboard covering the facade and it is pitch black at all times. It caused us to overslept on the first day. Other than that it was a great place, good location, access to everything. And the property manager was cery attentive and responsive

It was a little confusing to find. Once inside it was better than expected. It has 2 bedrooms downstairs, each with their own private bathrooms and a loft bedroom upstairs. There was also a small kitchenette and a large couch that could easily accommodate 2 people. Over all wonderful flat once you locate it!

Nice Property-Zero Ability to Contact for Issues

The property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The location was great and convenient. The only issue was that no one ever answered a message, phone, call or email from booking thru the entire stay. There were no instructions on how to lock the door upon leaving (electronic lock). The door system to the property is operated thru a web link. The WiFi went down during our stay so the doors were inaccessible to enter the property thru the link. I sent several messages on the app and called the contact number which simply disconnected after a message. We initially accessed the property just fine and there were a set of hard keys that we used, but if we had first arrived or relied on the web link we would have been unable to access the room. The property was very nice but if you have an issue, it will never be responded to.

I called the property from Naples the day before arrival. Was informed that we should try the next day as appropriate personnel was not available. When we arrived at Cardona House, there was an Asian man at the gate who said he had the same experience and would be back at 9:00am the next morning to file complaint. We held the taxi driver and he too us to another hotel "the Mokinbo" down the street where we paid the taxi driver and paid 190 Euros to stay the night. The next morning the hotel found us cheaper accommodations at a sister hotel and said a driver was able to take us there when we were ready. We were happy with this arrangement. and paid out of pocket charges for our remaining stay, (585 Euros for four nights.

The place is just next to the train station, that's super practical if coming from the airport. The property is well kept and comfortable. The only issue or thing to consider is that to open the doors you need mandatory to have a phone to unlock doors, which is not easy for everybody but particularly the bedroom door was really difficult to manage. In fact one learnt, we had to help other guests as they were suffering for the same topic (no physical person in the place) Apart from that, location wise it is recommended

The property was less than 100m from the train station. That was the highlight. Communicating with the host required texting, though the instructions via the email confirmation stated communication could be done by phone. Getting into the unit was a trick with the need for mobile phone service to unlock a couple of doors. Inside the unit it was a confusing array of odd rooms. The bed was thankfully comfortable. I would never chose this apartment again.

The only pleasant or charming element of Cadorna house is the outside courtyard they use in their stock photo. Once you walk past that, it is sterile, dark, antiseptic smelling, over-lit, cramped and frankly a bit creepy. There is nowhere in the "hotel" to spend time other than your room with windows that look out on brick walls and not even a chair.

Affordable, central, and comfortable!

The hotel is comfortable and centrally located, very close to the metro. It was a little hard to find since the intersection at Cardorna metro is a bit confusing, but once I found it it was easy enough to check in despite there being no reception desk. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. As is common in hotels in Europe, there were stairs but no lift -- which might be an issue for people with mobility issues. Otherwise a great place to stay in Milan, and very affordable!
