The staff of this facility were very friendly. The building itself was awful old rundown, no dresser, no nightstands, remote control, and work for the TV. They listed a pool that had no water paint on the floor, hollow doors loud in the halls never again.

Me and my daughter came for a cheer competition. Checked in Friday June 13 at 430pm. First they told me at check in that they were completely booked and were not able to put us near our other cheer friends. But when I went online said there was still 8 rooms available. And then after I was completely checked in they said the pool wasn’t even open. Very disappointed that I received zero notification about this. Especially when online it says that it opened in may…… the rooms were also very dirty and the air in my room barely worked. I payed 130 for my room but when I was online the same day it was only 72 for the same room and same day. Hallways also smelt horrible of weed. Definitely won’t be back here and will not recommend to anyone else.

Dissapointed

Worst bed ive ever slept in. Security doors in back of building did not work, any one could walk in. Upon check in, hair in shower, crude and hear in ice bucket top. Old soap chunks on floor in rest room corner. Very poorly cleaned. Desk people extremely nice.

Not the cleanest

Hotel was not real clean. Hallways had trash etc. on the floors. Pillows on a king sized bed were very small and flat. Had a very bad “smoke” order.

The website listed an outdoor pool. However the pool was not open. Under renovation. The ceiling in the bathroom was cracked and floor tiles were loose. The toilet ran - without being flushed. Upon check at 3:20pm I asked if I could switch my room type and the one clerk was going to change it. Another clerk came from the office and said that the hotel was full and that I couldn’t switch. As I was going through the check in process another customer walked up to the desk and asked if they had any available rooms? He was told yes and continued to book a room. I will not book this hotel again.

We had a room on the 2nd floor at first. The stairwell and 2nd floor smelled strongly of marijuana and people were hanging out in the hallways and stairwell. There was a plastic mattress pad that was ripped and bunched up under the sheet, and the mattress was stained and dirty. We moved to a room in the 1st floor as it was too late to leave and find a different hotel. The room was reasonably clean but the other guests were loud around us. There seemed to be a large proportion of long term guests at this hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again.

From the door not opening with the key, to the outside, being told the maint. man was very busy, to the burned smell in the elevator and in my room. Found the plug in bathroom had shorted and burned previous. Music playing until 4a.m. outside the window. Not a good smell walking in. Employees coming to work with blankets and wrapping themselves up. Guess they are not allowed to turn up the heat. Parking lot filled with debris, trash dumpster overflowing, car in parking lot missing a tire was up on a block. No hookups for computers in room to charge. Very disappointing stay, If I hadn't prepaid I would have run away not walked. The best thing about the Clarion was the breakfast. .Trash can out front used for spitting tobacco and evidence of same all over the ground next to it.

CATFISHED for sure!!!!

The photos did not show what the room or hotel actually looked like. The rooms in the photos were fresh and clean in reality they were beat up. The outlets in the room were bad to were the lamps in the room would not even stay plugged in nor would our phone chargers.After one use of Kleenex to box was totally empty first thing in the morning. Our room was in a corner section on the second floor ..all night long we heard doors banging shut and multiple people banging on someone's room door. Could only find 10 channels on the TV..the fridge was turned all the way up and did not keep our waters cold at all...the bed itself seemed clean and we checked it but still felt uncomfortable sleeping all night... In the morning we found that the stairway door and entrance door closet to our room were both propped open for easy access.We left 2hrs before check out and there were no signs of the Continental breakfast they advertised,tables had the chairs on top of them so no one could even sit in the area . The parking lot was trash...seen 2 separate cars changing there cars oil while there catch cans were over flowing all over the parking lot and one pickup truck along with 3 others cleaning out there vehicles dumping garbage in a separate part of the parking lot. Over priced for the dates we needed for our stay. Prices dropped drastically by almost $100 for the next weekend. There actual website shows totally different photos which I should have checked before I booked

Corporate Choice clearly doesn't visit their hotel

Hotel needs an overhaul. Furniture in bad shape. Our couch was part of a sectional with an arm on only one end so the cushions wouldn't stay on Plus when you sat, it leaned toward the center. Definitely need new mattresses. We booked an efficiency with a kitchenette. It had a 2 burner stovetop, a tiny microwave, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. However, no dishes, silverware or pots/pans. Useless. We booked the room for 3 adults but room was set up for 2. No bedding or towels for 3rd person. Breakfast options are very limited. We could see their "kitchen" space was limited so we could understand only having a couple of hot items, but no pastries, no fresh fruit not even any artificial sweeteners for the coffee. Design of the hotel involves a long hallway from the front desk. Although there were several exits along the way so you could theoretically park near your room, you could only exit. The key readers outside did not work to let you in.
