Really pleasant stay at the Babylon Hotel. Very convenient location if you come to Europa Park. Staff very friendly and were even happy to let us check in a bit earlier. Room was tidy and breakfast was lovely. Overall great value for money

This is a great little place next to the parks. Don’t skip the restaurant for dinner.

While the breakfast was great. This place advertised that they offered a shuttle but instead it turned out to be the city bus. Next we found what appeared to be mold in the showers. Bugs all over our room. And exposed wires/electrical sockets because of this we only stayed 2 of the 3 days we had booked and were forced to end our vacation early since the hotel refused to issue a refund or at least proof of early check out.

Le petit dejeuner il y avais beaucoup de choix il etait tres copieux et il y avais crepes et omelettes fait par le cuisinier fruit croissant pain chocolat cookies oeufs brouiller ...... vraiment tres bon. Le park est a 5 min en voiture cest tres rapide et le parcc rulantica a 3 min

La chambre était correcte. Le personnel absent… Il a fallu attendre 10 min à notre arrivée pour que la réceptionniste arrive. Cette dernière n’a pas fait d’efforts pour parler, elle a juste communiqué le strict minimum sans un sourire. À notre départ, aucune personne à la réception. Les cartes devaient être laissées sur le comptoir à la vue de tous.

We stayed as a family of four for a long weekend. Overall, it was a good experience, but there are a few things to note. Breakfast isn’t served in the hotel itself; you’ll need to walk a few hundred meters to their sister hotel. It’s not a big deal unless the weather is bad. The food is decent, but I recommend skipping the buffet and heading straight to the chef station in the dining room. He makes omelets, crêpes, scrambled eggs and fried eggs to order, which were all great. Parking was a challenge. If you arrive later in the day, expect to park somewhere down the street. There’s a bus stop just past the sister hotel that takes you to Europa Park, but there’s no shuttle service. Beds were comfortable, but the pillows are very typically German, soft and flat. If you prefer something firmer, bring your own. One big plus: the air conditioning was fantastic! It was 32°C outside, but our room stayed cool and comfortable all day. A small confusion: the website listed checkout as 10am, but reception told us it was noon. If this is a misprint on Hotels.com, it should be corrected—it can affect travel plans. Lastly, the price felt a bit steep. We paid around €60 per person per night, even in a family room that sleeps six. This might be standard for the area, but it’s worth noting for families on a budget. If we’d booked the same room for two people, it would’ve been half the price, and the room would still need to be cleaned the same way.

A l'arrivée dans la chambre les volets ne ferment pas à fond.on prévient la réception soit disant qu'il ne sont pas au courant mais rien n'est fait. Au moment de la douche le support est cassée la douchette ne tient pas dedans. . . Il y a un produit anti fourmi dans la douche. Le freezer n'a jamais dû être nettoye il est horrible. Voir photo. Les lits étaient confortable. La chambre est bien insonorisée

et godt hotel til prisen, et pænt sted rigtig god betjening en alletiders morgenmad og store værelser. vi overnattede de ri forbindelse med besøg i europa park og det fortrød jeg ikke. medarbejderne snakker godt engelsk, så hvis man ikke er stærk i Tysk, så er det ikke et problem

Nice hotel and friendly staff. We only stayed one night and arrived late due to flight delays. Nothing open to get food after 10:30, but the breakfast buffet in the morning was good.

Total neues Hotel. Waren die ersten Gäste für die Übernachtung. Schade,dass man nicht vorher Informiert wurde,ich reiste alleine mit 2 Kindern. Und diese Info erhielt ich erst beim Check in. Musste dann alles Gepäck nochmals zum Auto "schleppen" inkl Kinder und zum "neuen" Hotel fahren und alles nochmals von Vorne. Div. Sachen bso in der Dusche hat es noch Löcher um die Schläuche,sonstige Abdichtungen noch nicht fertig. Wasserkocher vorhanden,aber The und Kaffebeutel gab es erst am 2ten Abend. Dusche war unten leider nicht Dicht,somit stand das ganze Badezimmer untet Wasser. Geschirr wurde am ersten Morgen zum Frühstück erst ausgepackt. Von der Kaffemaschine gab es zwar Kaffe aber kein Heiswasser oder warme Schokolade. Freundlichkeit der Rezeption war na ja,kein "wie war die Anreise" oder "hatten sie einen guten Aufenthalt". Die Küche,das Buffet sowie das Personal am Morgen war top. Auch das Team der Zimmerreinigung machten alles super. Ich denke,da ist noch einiges an Qualität und Freundlichkeit gegen oben offen. Wir Reisen in 14 Tagen nochmals an,sind gespannt,ob wir im "alten" oder "neuen" Hotel sind. Und ob wir vorher Informiert werden oder nicht;-) Grösse des Familienzimmer war super

Hotel Babylon is a basic option if you just need a place to stay for one night near Rust. The overall cleanliness left something to be desired and the air in the room felt damp. The breakfast was minimal and lacked variety. While not great, it’s passable for a short overnight stop
