Terrible check in experience. No reply about the process via Expedia messenger in advance, tried to call the number on the booking multiple times during the afternoon before heading to the property and then when we arrived with it going straight to voicemail, then called Expedia customer service who had the same issue initially before finally getting through to someone. After waiting stood outside in the freezing cold on the phone to Expedia for an hour we booked into another hotel and gave up, just as someone sauntered up to let us in way too late.
