I would not stay here again simply because of the hotels lack of customer service. After giving our room to a couple checking in (after we had already checked in earlier that day), then on the phone trying to misplace blame stating “I don’t know why you’re even in that room”, they never even apologized for the mix up. Then the very next night my daughter got stung by a wasp in bed. When management was notified and I request a clean of the room and for the staff to assess the room to evaluate potential entry points, they refused. I let them know that when the door shuts completely there is still a wide gap between the door and the frame and they still refused an assessment and clean of the room. I finally asked them to simply change just the one set of bedsheets since my daughter was traumatized and felt there could be more wasps in the bed, and their response was “you can take the sheets off and bring them here and we’ll exchange them for clean ones for you to make the bed with”. The second night we also notified the front desk that the TV upstairs was not working even though everything appeared to be plugged in. They said they would talk to the maintenance guy and let them know. Nobody ever came or followed up. The beds sink down in the middle, there are no elevators to get to your two bedroom suite on the second floor, the downstairs bedroom remained hot while the rest of the unit stayed freezing. The breakfast was decent although there was no variety.

This hotel did not have the room teady when i tried to check in a 7pm! They have no back up for staff shortage. The feont desk was very co descending and had the nerve to accuse me of calling their place a scam.. even though payi.g for a room and not getting one is just that! Horrible and inexcusable.. do not ever recommend this place and i will never go back!!!!

Room is generous, well equipped, good bed, however the overall facility is a little tired but that is easily overlooked with the extremely convenient location. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Stayed 6 days in a King efficiency unit.

Hotel sonesta The only positive thing at this hotel is that one of the staff members, Elias, was super friendly and helpful. Another staff member was reluctant to give me extra towels unless I returned the ones we had used. There were several horrible things about the room! We were overrun with cockroaches-in the dishwasher, all around the fridge and even on the table (I have video of this)! Pigeons were an issue because we constantly heard them through the fireplace. When we pulled out the sofa bed there was a lot of trash and dirt on the mattress. The hotel is located along a ditch and we saw several people jumping the fence to go to a large encampment in the ditch. The kicker was a large fight that broke out at about 3:30 am! I recommend that people do not stay here!
