The Apartment was advertised as Premium. It was far from it. The apartment smelt musty upon walking in. Carpet in areas was worn and lifting, definitely a trip hazard. Living room furniture showed obvious chip marks and scratches. Didn’t consider it value for money

The portable airconditioner was loud and ineffective, it was like sleeping all night with the dryer going.The room was spotless and check in easy, but i wouldnt stay there again. The furniture was old chipped and scratched.

Great location Sofa bed was stained Air con didn't work properly and a bad smell throughout the room Didn't receive check in information until after I arrived at the hotel so was told there wasn't a room available. Then got a text message with how to get in.

i had a bad experience checking in. i couldn,t get hold of them on my phone. the checkin desk were unhelpful because it belonged to the hotel who was seprate from apartments. i finally worked out how to get the keys . only to have them not work. i finally got hold of them to find out they had they had changed my apartment no, but hadnt let me know. i was very stressed by this time. the apartment was very nice once i got into it. my stay was enjoyable after all that.

I was very concerned about not being able to book in at a reception but Philip and Sveta were on the ball and in contact the whole time. We had a minor issue with our room and Philip came straight over to sort it. Would definitely recommend booking through Brisbane City Apartments.

Great price for week

Great location, comfortable bed, good shower, and quiet room. Great for a week long stay. Didn’t get check in email which was a bit of a stress but communication was good when reached by phone.
