Dirty and disappointing
This hotel was very disappointing. Prior to arrival we received an email that the waterslides was broken. Upon arrival we were informed the elevators were also broken. Building has signs about additional security everywhere, giving the impression the building was not safe.
Had booked two adjoining rooms for large family. Rooms were beside each other - but not adjoining. Rooms had strong odors. Bedding had stains, and when checking to confirm no bed bugs - discovered cigarette burn holes in mattresses.
Walls in bathroom had dirt drip marks down them. Bathrooms were not stocked with towels, only 2 incomplete sets of towels in each of the two bathrooms (2 rooms booked) - we paid accommodations for 5 people. Bathroom caulking had mold growing.
Free breakfast was a small room crammed full of people, with only cereal available as everything else had been cleared out prior to our arrival at 9. Breakfast was served 630-10am as per front desk.
Travelodge, you let me down.
