Find a different hotel

Upon room inspection. We left in 15 mins. The hall smelled of urine. The mattress was filthy. There was evidence the door had been pry opened at some piont. There was a old blood stain on the headboard. There was arguing down the hallway. We left and asked for a refund. Still havent recieved. I was charged more on my cc than what was offered online through this website. Shady . Apparently goverment issue their clients to stay here safety is a concern for the general public.

Looking for a DISGUSTING place to stay!?

I went for a family trip expecting a normal stay, I ended up with a nightmare! The room was a ghoulish scare. Starting from the flickering hallway lights to no water pressure in the shower or even the sink! The furniture was chipped, and scratched. The floor was sticky, and it was a non smoking hotel but people were smoking outside even though there were signs stating “non smoking area”. To be honest I can’t blame people for smoking as there was a standing ash tray outside with the no smoking sign beside it! We went for the water slide for my child and the slide was broken for who knows how long. And the pool and hot tub were just disgusting. It smelled and the hot tub felt like the bath tub in your room would be safer. I will say the trip got a little better after asking for a new room only issue was the door handle would not click in once you opened the door so no one could lock the door unless you stuck the key card in the locking mechanism to un click the door handle. The air conditioner was too loud in the new room because it didn’t work so it wouldn’t actually cool the room. Thank you goes out to the maintenance guy who actually changed the whole unit I left him a tip as he actually did us a service. The front desk was short and curt. The complimentary breakfast would allow people off the street to come in stack their bags with food then leave without a question. The hotel overall was humid from the pool area and the whole stay was a huge disappointment.

The front desk are friendly and accommodating. The problem is the ac is too loud and the vent is almost falling down, the room smells musky, the room is too small it’s also not so clean and very night it’s so loud. We also experience a drunk guest knocking at our door around 4:30am. It’s really annoying and unsafe.

Not the worst hotel for the price!

The hard bed and lumpy pillows made for a terrible sleep. Overall, the room was clean and the service was excellent. Definitely time to replace the mattresses and pillows though.

Not worth the cost.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating to our concerns. The continental breakfast was ok. The breakfast room was very small and not reall conducive of flow at all so lots of congestion with trying to get food. The staff were always mopping and cleaning the floors and even the pool area was washed down. The rooms floors were not washed and very dirty to the point of our feet getting dirty while walking. The rooms were not large and the queen size beds were not real queen beds. More like a double. The bedding was clean and we had to pay to get. King due to how small the “queen” was. The beds were comfy. The hotel it self was full of very low to no income people begging for food and smokes, going through the garbage and wondering around. Lots of drinking and drugs in the open.

BAD EXPERIENCE FROM EXPEDIA

You don't want to know the Reservation issue was so complicated due to my error It just seemed no one from EXPEDIA and their many associates that are involved in this process. It appears the young lady at the desk and Paveet eventually helped solving the issue. No more Expedia or Travel Lodge for me. Thank you
