I wouldn’t recommend this hotel the pictures that are listed are very misleading the rooms also have a moldy smell. I checked in May 10-15th out of three of those days my room had multiple roaches, the ac has to be on at all times to avoid the moldy smell. The walls are very thin we heard the house keepers each morning talking/playing around doors slamming just no peace of mind what so ever. When bringing the situation up regarding the roaches I was asked did I have proof a picture was provided I was then moved to another room which was FILTHY the couch had stains everywhere a hole in the wall, walls were dirty as well as the floors. When attempting to take a shower so we could check out the towels in this room had spiders in them at this point I was completely OVER it. At check out I noticed a Terminix truck pulling into the hotel. At this time I was told I would be able to speak with a manager regarding a refund which was INCORRECT so I left my phone number as well as email and informed the staff member I would be boarding my plan the manager can email me today or call the following day. I received a voice mail once stating since I booked with a third party they can only do so much since I wasn’t charged at the hotel which was INCORRECT so reached out again spoke with the assistant manager Alana and she was really rude she informed me she would give me a call in 3 days still no call from her nor Jose. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone 0. /10.

Wasting my vacation 😒 on nonsense

Where the hotel was located, the Ocean water would come up to the property and leave standing water, the elevator also has a smell from so much ocesn water it became to much at times. I would not stay at that location again. In the restaurant the Staff should focus on moving customer's out in a timely matter, instead they would have these long conversations with the guess, while you are sitting and waiting for check or food, very annoying! We had ubers to catch , planes we finally had to speak up. They take your time for granted!

Close to the beach and airport

This “boutique” hotel is a bit shabby with chipped furniture,‘stained flooring, beds that squeak and ancient elevators, one of which was out of service. However, it serves our purpose when our flight was canceled and we needed a room close to the airport for just 1 night. The included breakfast in the attached restaurant as delicious and filling.

Condado Great Value

Overall good value for staying in Condado! The front desk was kind, walking to the beach and town was close, we even walked to OSJ (9 miles round trip was it was fun) restaurant easy and good food (lots of it). There was confusion on the food coupon…one said tip was auto added due to using it and told us to skip it. She was great on overall recommendations too. But in the morning i forgot and hit the tip button and noticed after she got double tip. And she charged us for coffee but it said it was included on the platter I ordered. So just pay attention! We had a great stay and would go back if you’re looking for clean mid range.

I would stay again

We had reasonable expectations. The hotel was inexpensive compared to the others in the area, so I didn’t anticipate great luxury. It was in a great location, clean and the staff was very nice. The restaurant downstairs was pretty good and there were plenty of other places to eat within walking distance. The walk to the beach wasn’t all that bad and there were umbrellas and chairs once we got there. I thought my bed was comfortable. My husband did not feel the same about his bed. I would stay there again

We stood at Abitta for 3 nights and it was nice for the most but the place needs some improvements. We had issues with the valet parking, sometimes there was nobody there to park our car. One night we arrived and waited for the valet parking attendant and he never arrived. We waited at the front desk for a while and there was no one there either. A lady that walked in to check in waited there as well, so we decided to park the car ourselves outside the property. The last night we were there we saw two roaches moving around inside our room. We told the front desk and their explanation was that the exterminator was there and that when he was around they come out. The pool is very small and the water was freezing. The best part of our stay there was eating at the restaurant on the first floor, the food is really good and they give you a credit to use it at the restaurant. Over all I think there’s other places better than this hotel that I might consider staying next time.

Compared to other area hotels, this was a good deal for the price. The beds were very comfortable and room was much larger than expected. A few things were a little rough, (concrete exposed around the shower controls, decor was starting to look a little faded). The restaurant connected to the hotel was awesome! Highly recommend it! I would definitely stay at this hotel again at the price we paid

Great beach getaway!

Had a great stay, loved the hotel and how convenient it was to have a beach with umbrella and chairs to go to everyday. In close walking distance to good restaurants. This was perfect for a quick beach getaway
