"Great place and very clean. Parking was easy to find on the side of road. All near. Just 2 minutes to Condado beach. Beach is excellent. Everything in near walking distance: Starbucks, Walgreens, restaurants, bars, parks, Cigar louges, ice cream shops, etc. "

"the hotel is new, very clean and secure. the management is very friendly. it is a boutique hotel so has only a few rooms. the only negative side is that our room did not have a view. the window was facing the side stairs."

"It was wonderful we ended up having a three bedroom suite. If you were staying for an extended time, the kitchen would have everything you need. The buffet breakfast is delicious. The staff were amazing and hopeful. It was a very convenient walk from the hotel over the bridge to "condado" that had a small beach. We did take an Uber to old San Juan."
