We had two young girls, age 20, traveling cross country for work. We didn't see the "21+" check in requirement when booking. After La Quinta in Jonesboro, Arkansas the night before refused to check them in, risking their safety at night, Countryside Inn desk staff were beyond pleasant and understanding. We spoke to them and they made a common sense exception with no problem. A+++ May 16 check in...wish we had the lady's name. Her understanding means we will definitely stay here again.
