Shout out 🙌👏 to the on site front desk person that worked at night May7-8! I arrived late and there was a problem w my reservation. After explaining the rules and processes, he was able to create what felt like a miracle in an impossible situation. Thank you, I appreciate your patience, and hope others can learn from you how to be a genuine, resourceful and wise hospitality professional. 🙏

The extended stay is filthy the room was clean but the dogs roaming the carpets in the hallways and etc the staff checking me in very rude not a smile not a thank you or anything just rude would never stay again

Pretty bad room. Room was the kind you check the bed before getting in to see if there's a dead body or bed bugs. Bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked good but that's it! Bathroom was something you want to forget about just go in and do your business and get the hell out.

Soon as you walk into the building the smell of weed hits you. We had 5 kids with us. Looked like a prison facility. Everything was barely working, not enough towels, didn’t stay cool throughout the night, drawers were broken. It’s so ran down.

Room was filthy and it smelt like someone was smoking weed all day in there room only had 2 towels for our entire stay if you wanted they cost money for clean towels , no breakfast was even offered here. Don’t waste your money on this place

It was a good location but I found one of the hand towels at the sink extremely dirty. I do not know if it was accidentally but I almost wiped my hands with it. Seems like a cloth someone used to clean a dirty surface. In the future, just make sure they clean up crew present all fresh and clean towels. ' Thank You

Easy accessible parking. Old, worn, stained furniture and flooring. Seemed very clean though. Noisy at first but everyone followed the quiet time rules.

Initial room i was given was not ready. It had not been cleaned and the bed was not made. They had to give me another room. The second room was clean enough. The rooms were outdated and rundown. Not worth it for the price. This hotel needs an upgrade for the price
