Only allowed 2 towels per room we had 4 guest in 1 room no extra toilet paper very dirty and rundown had to Instacart a hairdryer the one in the room didn’t work lights kept flickering.

Just go somewhere else
Safety lock was broken on door, lights flickered constantly, bathroom was super small with no vent and $100 security deposit.

Wouldn’t recommend
We got there & it was in the 30s, heat was completely off & the water was shut off with no warning. We could see our breathe inside the room! Had to call the front desk & he came up to turn the main water back on. Later discovered it was off because it leaks everywhere & the carpet was soaked by night 2 (see discoloration in photo). Room was decent looking but the curtains had red stains all over them. Sink water had one temperature & it was scorching hot. Smoke alarm also started randomly going off. Requested help & it took over an hour to get it. Man came in & climbed on the rolling chair to replace it…it wouldn’t screw in so he just unplugged it. Housekeeping also broke the security lock latch after slamming on the door (with the do not disturb sign on it) because the door was latched (see photo). Her excuse was “no English”. Would never recommend this hotel! Waste of money.

This place should not be licensed...
We rented this hotel because it was close to the SA Rodeo and we didnt want go deal with parking. Upon arrival at the hotel the first thing we saw was pages of peoples names and license plates etc. I asked the guy if we could check in early. He said we had to pay a deposit and then 20 plus tax for early checkin. We asked why we had to pay the 100 for a deposit because we had already paid for our room he said it was normal. We got keycards for our room and they didnt work. After we finally got one that did we went in the room. It was very hot, smelled horrible and had gross stains. We turned ac on and went to get suitcase. Came back in and ac was off. We turned it back on and left because we had family waiting. We returned at almost midnight to find a very hot room. We called the front desk. He asked us a bunch of questions like we didnt know how to use an ac. He said he would be there shortly. After 15 min. I went to get ice and find out where he was. He finally showed up and tried the ac and then said he had no other rooms. We told him we just wanted a refund. He said we could deal with it in the morning. We contacted hotels.com who tried to speak with the hotel. They said the call was "dropped". We again asked the desk guy for the manager. He told us he was calling police. We asked that he please do. He refused and told us to leave the property. We were told by hotels.com that we will receive no refund of any kind.
