Highly recommended accommodation in Hanoi. The friendly, warm and helpful staff could remember guest's name and needs, especially Lily (I bought a gift for her because very grateful to her). The hotel facilities are not large,but it is convenient for eating and shopping. and the breakfast is diversity and delicious. 強烈推薦河內的住宿。 友善、熱情、樂於助人的工作人員，可以記住每位客人的名字和需求，尤其是莉莉（我給她買了份禮物，因為非常感謝她）。 飯店設施雖然不大，但附近吃購物都很方便。附設的早餐選擇多樣且美味。

Excellent in every aspect. Staff are welcoming and friendly, especially Eddy. Decor is updated and room is clean and spacious. We stayed on 7/F so we couldn't hear any noise from the outside when the balcony door is closed. The rooftop bar is stunning. Wide choice for breakfast as well. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Exceptional Stay at Hotel Solaria! We had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Solaria. The location is superb—central and within walking distance to all the main attractions, great eateries, and shopping areas in Hanoi. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service. The staff were generous, hospitable, and genuinely attentive. They consistently went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of, which made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi!

To begin with the conclusion: this hotel is very close to Hoan Kiem Lake and the church. There are two supermarkets nearby, and you can still dash out to restock before 7 a.m. on the day you go home. The breakfast was delicate and delicious, and the hotel staff were very friendly—especially Grace. Although we only stayed for one night, we would still choose to stay here again next time we come to Hanoi. Also, we were traveling with family this time—2 adults and 2 children, with one child only 2 years old. We booked a room online that included breakfast for three people, but we were still charged extra for the 2-year-old, saying it was over the occupancy limit. Even if the 2-year-old sleeps in the same bed with the parents in a double room, there's still an extra charge. The fee wasn’t high, but at the hotels we stayed at earlier in Hanoi, our 2-year-old child was not charged, so we found it a bit unacceptable. That said, everything else was great, and the service staff were all wonderful, so this small downside can be overlooked. All in all, we still recommend staying here.

A great little hotel in a great location within the city old quarter. Staff, service, cleanliness and food were all exceptional. The staff went over and above to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The rooftop bar had a great band playing while we were visiting, with music stopping at a respectable hour. A great small hotel option which we would highly recommend.

Det var de sødeste og venligste mennesker man mødte over alt …alle gør deres bedste ! Og placering er super fin i forhold til byen. Morgenmanden er helt i top. Vi var der 3 gange på vores tur og ville klart komme igen.

I stay in a lot of high-end hotels. Ritz Carlton’s, Marriott Marquis’, Hiltons, all over the world. This was absolutely on par with all of them. The service is absolutely world class. The spa was fantastic, but the people are what made it great. I would, and cannot wait, to come back.

Loved our stay here! The solaria is the perfect spot for a trip to Hanoi, highly recommend staying here. Lily was particularly memorable. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. She was fantastic. The service from other staff was amazing. They are very friendly. They all speak English well, making it easier to communicate as a tourist. Location is perfect, easy to walk to all the good spots in the old quarter. The rooftop bar is lovely and Johnny was very energetic. We did hear some street noise but that is unavoidable in Hanoi, and Friday nights there is live music on the rooftop bar. The hotel also packed us a breakfast/lunch for our trip to Sa Pa when we checked out very early in the morning. Definitely recommend staying here!

Fra første stund jeg kom ble jeg møtt med vennlighet. Kaken jeg fikk ved ankomst var supergod og saftig. Det var rask innsjekking, og trainee Daria som tok i mot meg var kjempesøt! Veldig flink og ordentlig. Frokosten var bra, godt utvalg og herlig at man kunne bestille fra meny. Denne maten var både fersk og velsmakende. De ansatte på restauranten sørget nesten litt for mye for at jeg hadde alt jeg trengte, hehe. Det eneste minuset jeg har er at rommet mitt ikke hadde vindu der man faktisk så ut. Det gjorde at jeg følte meg litt innestengt på rommet. Ante ikke hvordan været var utenfor. Utenom det var Solaria et helt supert sted å bo, kommer gjerne igjen neste gang jeg er i Hanoi.
