I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past. Easy to get to the arena district from here. Recalled that the parking was in a lot across the street. What was new - parking now costs $19/night. This was new since my last visit. Decent room, and overall clean, but another surprise was how thin the walls were. I could easily hear my neighbors in the next room. I don’t remember this from past visits - but it was as though the walls were paper-thin. Not sure this was worth the price - I thought I overpaid for what I got on this trip.

Room was clean. the Check in staff took 45 mins for person and showed up with 12 people. So this was a nightmare. And everyone's room was different pricing even though they all booked on hotels.com. There were people with lower rooms that were $100 more than the higher rooms and the front desk person could answer no ones's questions. We were there for 4 days and no one cleaned the room once. They did show up and offer me clean towels once.

It took us 30 minutes to check in with a line to the front door. Our room was dirty with sticky substance under and around the desk. We were there three days, and trash overflowed. The beds were so bad I couldn't make it to the event on the third day (I have fibromyalgia). The only way we will stay here again is if we have to because of proximity to the venue.

There were no amenities that I was aware of. Staff certainly didn’t mention any that might be available. I was charged a daily fee for using a safe I didn’t know existed. If you’re looking for a bed and a shower, that’s all you’re going to get.

Do not stay at this Red Roof Inn. It was a complete nightmare for us. When we booked the room we were not told the electricity was out. That was fine, I understand some things are out of their control, however We were told it would be on soon. So after finding our rooms with the lights from our cell phones, the electric did not come back on until 10:30 the following day. We booked the room and prepaid for it for two nights. We go to breakfast and come back and our key cards did not work. They had checked us out of our room. After three attempts we finally get key cards that work. We had to go back to the main desk three times to get cards that would actually work! Then that evening while sleeping some random people come walking in our room. They rented our room to someone else. Thank god we were in there or these people could have been dishonest and we could have all our belongings stolen! This was a nightmare. Complete Choas. We also did not get the upgraded room that I paid for! I was told we would receive a credit for all inconvenience but did not. I have reached out to them numerous times and they will not respond. I have sent emails and called and left messages on the managers voicemail. DO NOT STAY HERE. It was completely chaos!! My next step is to contact corporate and whoever else necessary to get help!

The guy that checked us in was nice. The hotel was nice and clean. The room was spacious. The only thing that I found was that when I opened the drawer on the nightstand between the two beds, there was trash and food in it that hadn’t been cleaned up.
