The listing was quite misleading, while it is oceanfront property the room had a view of Collins Drive. Valet was simply “ok”. You spent much of your time waiting to drop your car off or to retrieve it. The washer and dryer in the unit was labeled “out of service” and the on site laundry was “out of service” so yayyyy for traveling back 12 hours with dirty and sandy swimsuits. Bay hallway was extremely cold which is not pleasant when returning from the pool. Curtains were dusty and gross, numerous loose nails on the spiral staircase, upstairs tub/shower combo could be refinished, and the couch appeared to have be snatched from a curb during and eviction and placed in the unit. Overall for the price I would not recommend for a family especially if you are a very clean person.

Hotel é lindo e super bem localizado! O quarto estava completo! Espaçoso com cama muito boa! O único problema do hotel é de fato o estacionamento, não se pode estacionar e dependemos de apenas 2 manobristas para buscar cerca de quase 50 a 70 carros, em dois dias esperamos mais de 2 horas pra sair do hotel e pelo menos 30 min todos os dias para deixar. É de fato um ponto negativo para o hotel, mas se você buscar mais curtir a praia e o hotel, acaba não saindo ruim a questão do estacionamento.

Quarto antigo com uma reforma superficial. Móveis nitidamente antigos e um banheiro com evidências de desgastes. Banheira com pintura sobreposta e descascando, vaso sanitário com vazamentos constantes e fechadura com dificuldade na abertura. Quarto sem climatizador em dias mais frios, roupas de cama insuficientes para dias mais frios e sem suporte para situações semelhantes.

Good location with beach access in Miami Beach. Valet parking was convenient and efficient. The rating is because the room left a lot to be desired. At first glance, it looked clean. However, it was not clean. First, the windows and blinds were dirty. We had to clean the kitchen surfaces before we felt comfortable enough to use it. Maybe it’s just our room, but serious upkeep and maintenance work should be done before this room should be rented out.

The room was not very clean. It was very cold during my stay and the heater wouldn’t work. There were no blankets therefore I froze for 3 days. Fortunately the bar staff are amazing.

The room was great! It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The only thing we couldn’t access, but were able to get from someone local to the building, was a laundry card. I would just double check that if you need to do a wash. Other than that, everyone was amazing! Also, the coffee on the lower level is FABULOUS!! Thanks for a wonderful and relaxing stay!

For middle Miami Beach, it is a chip fair option, but the apartment needs an update. The showers have low pressure and look dirty due to the age of the appliances. Also, the pillows and bed sheets need to be new, with better material and quality. It is also hard to find housekeeping since every apartment has its own company. A great plus is that parking is valet and free.

The apartment is in need of a remodeling. Walls are patched, bathroom is outdated with the bathtub peeling off. The beds need new mattresses. They were thin and wobbly in the middle. I woke up with a back ache everyday.

En dehors de la vue exceptionnelle qu’offrait la chambre, de la propreté de l’hôtel et de l’emplacement juste en face de Miami Beach, le personnel était extrêmement accueillant et chaleureux. Au début j’étais perplexe à cause des reviews, mais pour moi le personnel était incroyable. Les valets travaillent très très fort pour livrer les véhicules et il est totalement normal que vers la fin de la journée ils montrent des signes de fatigue… malgré cela, ils ont toujours servi avec politesse. Ce sont des humains après tout! Pour le prix, c’est la meilleure chambre que j’ai pu prendre.

⭐️ 1/5 – Very Poor Experience- Avoid at all cost. This stay was extremely disappointing and poorly managed. The owners were unresponsive despite repeated complaints. The room had multiple maintenance issues, including clogged sink and bathtub, broken appliances, damaged floor tiles, and visible ceiling patchwork. The laundry card machine was out of order. Staff at the front desk and valet were rude and unhelpful. Most concerning was a serious cleanliness issue, including what appeared to be bed bugs, a serious health issue, which was immediately reported to Expedia. A full refund was requested. Do not risk your vacation here. We regret choosing this property and recommend looking elsewhere.

Vue dégagée sur la plage. Accès direct très appréciable. Service parking par valet très contraignant (aucune possibilité de stationner temporairement pour un oubli en chambre par exemple). Temps d'attente aux ascenseurs >5 minutes. Aucun ménage pendant le séjour. Salle de bain totalement à refaire. Peinture de la baignoire en lambeau. Plafond, clim à changer. Obligés de faire un mail mettant en avant l'insécurité dans la chambre en raison d'une clim fuyant sur un deshumisicateur avec la prise dans l'eau pour qu'un technicien intervienne sur un climatiseur visiblement non entretenu. Delai d'intervention : 3 jours. Humidité et moisissures dans la chambre. Odeur de moisi tenace. Avons dû demander de rendre possible l'ouverture de la fenêtre bloquée pour aérer la pièce.

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately very uncomfortable. There was a persistent odor in the room, possibly from chemicals or cleaning products. Initially, we expected it to dissipate, but it remained throughout our stay. We specifically booked this property expecting to use the laundry facilities. However, upon arrival we were informed that the laundry card system was not working. Despite repeatedly raising this issue with the reception, no solution was provided. The contact number given to resolve the issue was never answered, and the matter remained unresolved for the entire two days of our stay. Additionally, the room furnishings are extremely old, and the bathroom appeared poorly maintained and unclean, which added to the discomfort. Overall, the experience did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or service. I would not recommend this pace to anyone.
