This hotel is definitely not it. Me and a group of friends booked here and Left!. The guy who checked us in was understanding he kept apologizing and refunded all of us. Outside of the customer service….I will NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER BOOK HERE! The rooms were dirty. Hair in the fridge, and the bathrooms. There was toilet paper under the bed. It looked like bed bugs in the chair…. This hotel was dirty

2/10 较差

The room had evidence of having had bed bugs, dead ones in the lounge chair, the desk chair was stained and sticking, the back of that chair was think with dust, dirt, pet hair, there was hair in the soap dish of the shower and in the tub, the room smelled awful… stale, the bedspread/comforter was had so many cigarette burns in it, the bedside lamp didn’t work and the cable didn’t work! Moved to another room and again with filth and evidence of having bed bugs and the pet hair, the washcloths were disgusting, WE DIDNT STAY. We cancelled and went somewhere else.

4/10 一般

Paid extra for a kitchenette and it literally had no dishes, silverware or pots and pans. only a microwave, 2 burner stove, a refrigerator, and a sink on the other side of the room. I don't expect over the top cookware, but I do expect them to provide basics, Bathroom desperately needs to be replaced. Also, I had reserved a nonsmoking room and was put in a smoking room upstairs with no elevator.

The hotel is old. I don't want to put it down, but it's 25 years past its prime. I'm grateful my bed was clean as well as towels.

We just need a place to sleep and it sufficed for that purpose but it needs a massive amount of work. It is very run down and smelled a bit musty.

This could be a great hotel if updated a bit. Its an older hotel, but clean. The king bed was comfortable. The landscaping was nice but needed attention. The price was good for what you paid for... a clean bed and shower. It’s not a resort, but adequate for a good night's sleep.

I requested a room with a kitchenette which I never figured out how 2 turn it on. But when I first arrived no one was at the front desk so I waited 2 get checked in. And last but not least I around 7:30am/8am a strange woman used her key card and entered my room and express how sorry she was she entered the wrong room. HOW? That was super creepy and so scary so I left. I dont think I'll be staying there again.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was decent, the fridge and microwave worked, no obvious issues. When I checked in the fire alarm was chirping, but as soon as i informed the front desk he sent someone up to change the battery. Good place.
