Though this was considered a "budget" hotel, I was actually surprised that it was basically clean and well laid out. The room was clean and not as small as I thought it would be. There was a small lanai also. My issues are with the staff. They were not very helpful when I reported a problem to them involving the parking structures' automated system. In addition, I was not directed to the alternative parking area when I found that the one I parked in before was full. That led to, later that evening, my car being towed from a parking area nearby (another story). Then, upon checkout, I was threatened with a late checkout fee because I didn't deliver them the key 15 minutes after 12pm. When I asked to speak to the manager, and did speak to him, his tone and mannerisms were hostile and rude. In the end I did not pay the fee and was checked out. My experience left me happy with the room and basically pleased with the facilities, but extremely troubled with the customer service. It left me torn as to whether I would want to stay in the hotel again.
