The shower was a mess. The hot water only lasted about 5 seconds. The corners in the bath needed cleaning. There were no USB outlets of any kind at all in the room. The toilet was ridiculously low to the floor. Even when I asked for the room to be cleaned, it wasn't.

. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. As soon as we opened the door to our room, we were hit with a strong unpleasant odor and had to request another room. The staff was helpful in finding another room , but the hotel itself felt very outdated. The carpets, bathrooms, and overall facilities appear to be in need of renovations, and it was also difficult to get hot water. Considering the price we paid, we expected a much better .

Room was clean and spacious but pull out bed was horribly bumpy, door was very hard to open an hand to push in with shoulder while turning handle. WiFi was out due to issues with work outside. Very easy to hear the hallway and be heard inside the room. Pool was large and appeared clean. Good breakfast but things broke or ran out often
