Good points : friendly and professional staff, good breakfast, large room, well-located hotel near the main bus station of Fira. Bad points : hotel which is really (really) old, presence of mold in many places in the room and bathroom, the room needed to be completely repainted, there was no elevator, no breakfast buffet, hot chocolate was an extra charge at breakfast, and storing luggage in the storage room was an extra charge.

The staff was so dedicated and really took excellent care of us from having a comfortable room, the amenities we need, breakfast, transport services, the closest restaurant recommendations, and even laundry!
