So, to begin with they had no one bedroom rooms (which is what we booked), and we didn't find that out until the day we got there. We drove from Oklahoma City and drove 17 hours, just to get to this hotel and be told that we not only did not have a room, but that if we wanted a room we would have to PAY EXTRA to be upgraded.
To an extend, I understand that third party website bookings aren't always exactly what was asked for, and I could have forgiven that up until the point where the man at the front desk shooed me away like a dog telling me it wasn't his problem and to call the website. I did exactly that and the website tried telling me that because I had already "checked in" i was no longer able to receive a refund.
I did not check in. I told this to customer service. I was told it was out of their hands until I demanded that they ask for any verification of me signing in (ie. the paperwork you sign during sign in) and all of a sudden they were willing to give me a credit but kept saying they were not going to escalate my situation to higher ups even after me repeatedly asking for them to.
Both this app customer service and this hotel are crap. Make sure you have enough money to purchase a backup option out of pocket if you book through here.
