The rooms were filthy, carpets and sheets were stained and the rooms had a bad mildew smell. There was some kind of leak above the ceiling and water was dripping on a bed. We ended up finding a different hotel. And when we talked to the staff we were told we could not get a refund. Terrible hotel I would rather sleep in my car then spend the night there.

Very rundown. I know this is a 2 star hotel, but I remember Rodeway being a basic, clean stay. My room had food stuck to the floor and spilled in the microwave. There was something on the bedspread that could be removed with a damp cloth, suggesting it hadn’t been laundered. The flooring had a tear that caused a pointed piece of vinyl to jut up. The mattress was thin and hard and the bedding thin and inadequate. There were stains and mold in the bathroom. This was a room where you are careful not to put your bag on the bed, and wait to shower until you make it home. I will definitely not stay here again.

The room itself was nice and clean except the bathroom. The corners were dirty, could use some major updating and it wasn’t stalled with towels or bathroom tissue. The outdoor pool was available and let off an outhouse floor fowl oder. The hallways and front desk looked extremely worn out and tile pieces broken and missing. The main entry door was broken and dint open or close. The elevator needed some major cleaning from top to bottom. Didn’t even want to touch the buttons to use it.

the walls had drywall repairs unpainted /there was a thin mattress with one small blanket and channel changer battery compartment was held together with a bandaid /I can send pictures! this was totally unexpected condition of this room from hotel with Rodeway inn as the owner / so worried if anything was clean since the channel changer had a bandaid on it and if room was cleaned you would expect they would see that
