Great place to stay
As always our stay was very good. Friendly staff, attention to Covid restrictions & sanitization, great food, comfortable & well appointed rooms and close proximity to Rundle Mall & all dining/bar experiences in nearby Leigh & Peel Streets made our 5 nights here great. Recommend highly.

Over the top with coronavirus
I found the hotel clean and nice the stay was ok but while catching up with friends they were a bit over the top with keeping tabs on people visiting (coronavirus) but Adelaide hasn’t got any community transmission and felt it was over the top.

Well located and comfortable
Well located near Rundle Mall and restaurants in Hindley St, the Grand Chancellor offers comfortable rooms that are well maintained and clean. The food was of a good standard. Due to Covid-19 patron numbers are very low during the week so it was quiet, but the rate including breakfast and parking is very attractive. The pool looked nice.

Hotel was central to everything
Hotel was clean and comfortable, with very good staff. Had dinner here on one night and it was also very good with a good choice to choose from. Hotel is also in a good central position to walk to Adelaide oval. Parking was included which was good.

Great value hotel close to Rundle Mall and city centre. Friendly, helpful staff. Gym and pool are welcome ammenities.

The hotel was perfectly situated in the CBD,Close to the casino, the adelaide oval and shops. The room was very comfortable, bed beautiful and comfortable, service was great and very very clean. would recomend for anyone who wants to stay in the CBD

Adelaide is the choice destination
Good location, suitable for the price but you wouldn’t want to pay any more. Staff are fantastic and helpful. Friday and Saturday nights can be noisy, not so much from outside the hotel but more the customers coming and going probably from nightspots. Noisy on their way to and from their rooms. Room was well appointed and comfortable if only a little dated and in need of a refresh. A very noisy bar fridge in the room didn’t help with us getting sleep, I did mention it on departure so the hotel can rectify it for the next guest. We would be happy to stay again but would also mention the noisy fridge so that the staff could rectify it before we left.
