The hotel was lovely and the staff was very kind. It was a bit of a stressful stay though. When we arrived the garage was too full to park so we had to unload our bags in two trips (without help with no available carts) to our room and take a shuttle to a parking lot. This really wouldn’t have been an issue- but, the whole process took almost an hour & with a 1 year old it was challenging. I had called earlier to see if we could check in earlier than 4 & we were told no, which is absolutely fine & what we expected… but, with the shuttle & unloading I really wish we could have come a little earlier for that. By the time we got into our room it was time for dinner (again, we have a toddler) & instead of wait for a shuttle to get our vehicle again we decided to eat at their bar (light bites) restaurant. The food was good- but, no one in the staff could find a highchair. Again, not a big deal- but, the next morning for the breakfast (which is also a great included buffet- lots of options) we saw two stacks of high chairs in the buffet area. So the high chairs were literally behind a rolling door our whole dinner & I was pretty surprised no one on staff could find them for our child. The other bummer was with only one night stay- we weren’t able to utilize the hottub. With a long winded check in & going right into dinner- it was time for our baby to go to bed. The hottub doesn’t open till’ 10am & with an 11am checkout we didn’t have time. Wonderful lodgings- stressful stay.
