Muy bien ubicado, pero las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento. La ventana prácticamente muestra todo el servicio sanitario. El personal tiene una gran actitud que compensa el estado del Hotel. Y además está muy bien ubicado.

Man får vad man betalar för

Det funkar. Har man inga större krav är det ett billigt och logistiskt sett ett bra hotell. I övrigt tunna väggar, en väldigt seg hiss, i princip bara fikabröd på frukosten och vill man duscha med varmvatten gör man det med fördel tidigt på dagen. Ingen lyxinrättning men inte heller ett råttbo. Som rubriken säger, man får vad man betalar för.

A fuir !

Une chambre complétement désuète, pas de portes ni de rideau de douche, un matelas inconfortable, un réceptionniste pas du tout sympa le soir. Un état de propreté à revoir ( rideaux sales et poussiéreux) la télé ne fonctionnait pas. Pas d'eau chaude le dimanche.... le petit déjeuner n'est pas bon du tout. J'ai du râler 3 fois pour que je sois changer d'hôtel.

Location 10/10 however...

Perfect location to explore all Rome's attractions on foot. However, as the manager Simone, put it: you pay for the location and nothing else. We are usually happy with very little. This time there was too much going on to look the other way. First of all, when we arrived, we were told to go to another "sister" hotel owned by the same group. No reason was given. And we were told to come back the next day. We were no charged more and we were not given any discount either. Just the first night in another hotel. When we came back the next day, still no explanation was given. The hotel walls and doors are paper thin: you can basically hear other guests breathing in neighbouring rooms. At first look the room looks nice and renovated but if you take a closer look, you see that there are bits and pieces all over the place. There was an electricity blackout in our room, never happened in any other hotel before. During our stay there was a knock on the door. Some guy was doing "security checks" in the rooms. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and I have never experienced this before. And as a cherry on the top: our key card malfunctioned every day and it had to be reprogrammed all over again at the reception. Nevertheless the breakfast was nice even if it was very basic.

Convenient location in Rome however hotel is dated. Worst part about this stay was that the air-conditioning switches off at night, with no heating. Got very cold in the room and did not switch back on again till 9 am.

Bom, mais o banheiro, não ajuda nada....

Chegamos ao local e nos ofertaram a estadia no anexo deles, um local diferente, umas 3 quadras de distancia. No local, ficamos no quarto que tem a cama, um sofá, uma mesinha pequena, guarda roupa pequeno, frigobar, jogão elétrico e uma pequena pia de cozinha (até aqui perfeito), todavia, o banheiro está precisando de uma reforma urgente. O banheiro usa aquelas banheira com ducha. A ducha do chuveiro está quebrada, e não tem onde apoiar a ducha durante o banho. O box aberto ao extremo e sem ter como fechar, ao término do banho, o banheiro fica todo alagado (lembre-se, era uma banheira, a água que cai pra fora da banheira alaga todo o banheiro) e fica aquela sensação de banheiro público todo molhado no chão... Horrível... A limpeza ocorre dia sim, dia não, e em uma estadia de 8 dias, trocaram as toalhas apenas uma vez... O café da manhã acompanha o preço da estadia (estadia barata, café básico), e tinha muito pão doce, ou seja, no terceiro dia já enjoamos do café da manhã e não usamos mais.

Booked for a group of lads for the rugby. So all we really wanted was somewhere to put our heads. Breakfast was poor and the service was terrible. You had to ask for a coffee and the lad looked annoyed you'd asked. The photos for the hotel must have been taken years ago as it needs a complete makeover. If i'd have booked this for a weekend with my wife , I'd have checked out as soon as I'd checked in.

Rome Hotel Valle stay.

We booked the Hotel based on location, price and photos based on website. However, on arrival our room bore no resemblance to the pictures. Room was dark with green walls and furniture. It was dirty and shower/toilet seat were broken. Not all lights worked and only one power socket. Overall, the room was depressing. We went to complain to the duty manager who moved us to another room which was marginally better but again the shower was broken and some lights and TV weren't working. The following morning we spoke to another duty manager who moved us to a third room. This time the shower did work properly and the room generally was brighter and more acceptable. On the plus side, we did have clean towels + beds made every day. The location of the hotel was ideal for sightseeing.

Smutsigt badrum, bra läge!

Badrummet var tyvärr väldigt smutsigt det behövs storstädas….Det tog 10 minuter att promenera till Colloseum och 7 minuter gångavstånd till Termini, alltså var läget väldigt bra. Sängarna var sköna så det var ett plus! Blir städningen bättre kommer jag tillbaka.
