Amazing that's what comes to my mind! The Quality Inn & Hotel room the we stayed in was spacious, clean and welcoming with a large private full bathroom. From check-in (with Robin), during stay and while checking out (with Jon, the manager and with I believe her name was Diane) the staff was very friendly, welcomed and proactively engaged in our exchange of conversation and made our stay truly appreciated. Having traveled from Florida, we have stayed at various hotels in the southwest Michigan area and because of our recent stay at this hotel, we have concluded that the Niles Quality Inn & Suites (in Niles, Michigan) will be our go to place for hotel accommodation whenever we are in their area. Great Job Staff, "we truly appreciated all you do for us travelers."

Very clean room and lovely little space. Booked this room myself for work purposes and the cost for the value was awesome. Relatively inexpensive and you could tell the staff took pride in what they do. The toilet paper was even folded into little triangles at the end of the roll; small details really set this place off in a good way. I recently have had to stay in another local hotel that is much bigger, a more recognizable name, etc. and hands down I would pick Quality Inn over them any day. And the breakfast was nice too! Overall very happy with my stay.

Booked a king suite purposely because I’m traveling with a baby and was hoping to have a bedroom door to shut so my husband and I could stay up later and not disturb our son. When I arrived to my room it was a two full bed room; no suite. Went downstairs and the attendant realized a manager had left a note saying my room had maintenance issues and I was relocated. I appreciate they refunded the difference but it was still pretty annoying since we booked this hotel specifically to have a bedroom option. We would have stayed 30 minutes closer to our destination had I known the bedroom wasn’t an option. Otherwise the staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. AC was great. There was a slight musty smell in the hallway. Honestly would have just appreciated a phone call letting me know that the room wasn’t available anymore and maybe been given the option to cancel.
