The room is spacious and bright, the bathroom facilities are very good, the kitchen utensils are complete, and the washing and drying equipment are very good! It is a very favorite accommodation for our family! The view outside the window is also very good!

It was fine. We took day trips, so don't have much to say about the pool or other amenities. The location was good for what we wanted to do on the Kona coast. Overall, I would say the room was okay, but is showing its age and in need of some upgrades. There was a big crack in the bathroom counter that had been patched with putty, and all of the fixtures are looking old. Kitchen was fine, though.

Room was nice, beware it is a timeshare property

I think the room and amenities itself was okay. The bed was comfortable and it was relatively clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. However, the people upstairs were extremely loud and heavy footed, it sounded like they were stomping around for hours. I brought it up to the front desk and they said we could call security after 10pm. Another thing was that it was not mentioned this is a timeshare property and so we were haggled to do the timeshare presentation with promises of "gifts". 90 minutes was far too long to sit there and listen when you are on vacation, no matter what the gift was. Anyway, I am not sure if I would stay here again because of that fact but the room itself was decent.

Établissement décevant avec présence de cafards

Arrivée difficile : la réception se trompe de chambre. Nous avons dû retourner à la réception pour récupérer les bonnes clés. Une fois arrivée dans notre chambre, nous découvrons un cafard dans la cuisine qui s’est échappé dans la partie salon de l’appartement. Nous sommes retournés à la réception pour indiquer cela avec photo à l’appui et nous avons été changé de chambre. L’arrivée a donc été très difficile et à ce moment-là, les employés ne semblait pas surpris. Les employés nous ont proposé gracieusement à nos grd avec une vie sur l’océan. La chambre était correcte. Nous avons cependant au bout de deux jours, trouver un cafard cette fois-ci mort dans la cuisine. On résumé établissement décevant et pas à la hauteur au vu du prix payé.

Beautiful property

Beautiful property and views. Clean and well stocked with supplies. Nice to have a shopping center close by too. Only one thing that I didn’t care for was being pressured to do a site visit. Maybe if we had time I would have obliged. Next time!

UN PARAISO

Resort en perfecto estado de conservación, ultra moderno, con todos los servicios: lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas, cocina office más grande que la de mi casa , mesa con cuatro sillas y terraza de veinte m2. El entorno un auténtico paraíso. Lástima que solo lo aprovechamos para dormir porque era para estarse unos días haciendo el gandul. Y el trato de los recepcionistas fue excelente.

Great value for your money

Location is on the edge of town so it is less busy, also has less amenities. The rooms are starting to show some age and are a bit dated. The AC is not on until you get in your room and turn it on, and it takes about 2 hours to cool down. Beds are very comfortable, has full kitchen and laundry in the room. Great bang for the buck staying here. I did not us any amenities, so i can't comment on those.
