The room is spacious and bright, the bathroom facilities are very good, the kitchen utensils are complete, and the washing and drying equipment are very good! It is a very favorite accommodation for our family! The view outside the window is also very good!

Just two quick nights in a site that would also be great for a week. Walking distance to mall and supermarket. We did not have a car which made it difficult coming home from an activity because street was so dark. But got a lift from a fellow participant so worked out. Wished we could have spent more time there

This is a vacation type resort, so condo style rooms. About 15 minutes from the heart of Kona- but worth the drive for the space of this rental! We had a king suite. The bathrooms were large- which is important with 2 teen girls! We had a full size kitchen and laundry available! The main property was nice and offered for some beautiful views as the sun set.

I booked this room thinking it was part of a hotel resort. However, I called the day we were supposed to check in and requested an ocean view (thinking it was a hotel). I was told that the units are timeshares and that the owners had booked all the ocean view units out. Upon our arrival, we had to pay a $250 deposit that would be held until we checked out. I was not aware of that deposit. Additionally, we were told we had to go to the travel desk to get wristbands that we would have to use in order to access anything on the premises. When we went to the travel desk to get our wristbands, I heard the employees pitching timeshares to other guests that had just checked in before me, and scheduling times for them to attend a timeshare presentation. I was immediately turned off by this. I’m on vacation and thought I rented a hotel room, so the last thing I wanted was a pitch about timeshares. The buildings are old and our unit smelled like an assisted living facility. While spacious, it definitely needs some upgrading. Only one swimming pool for the entire complex.

I was alerted through text after I checked in that quiet pools were close due to renovations. I would’ve preferred to know this before I booked. The only pool open was near the lobby at the bottom of the property. This was unfortunate because my room was right above a quiet pool which was not very quiet. The renovations went on all day and it was very loud. They were also cutting down trees outside our room. If I had known this before I wouldn’t have booked during this time.

The room was not as described. It stated we had a balcony which we didn’t and as seniors we had to lug heavy suitcases up and down stairs, whereas had we had the balcony room on level 2 this wouldn’t have been necessary. Neighbours above were extremely noisy coming in at 3-4 am and also very heavy footed. One of the pools was closed which we were not informed about, and we had already excluded another resort because of this, so we’re really disappointed.

It was Ho hum. TV offerings limited (I know, I know: who goes to Hawaii to watch TV? But the hubs wanted to catch a bit of sports action and decent news). Restaurant okay, only ate there once. The hard sell for a timeshare was unexpected and disguised as a way to earn discounts. Paid $40 bucks for this, thinking it was how I got my property wristband. Ouch. Not true. The room was kind of styled as an home rental experience but lacked pantry staples to actually cook. Next time I’ll actually get an home rental.

The suites were wonderful! Lots of space, fresh water for us in the fridge and coffee waiting for us too. The pool was lovely, food served there was delicious and we had plenty of activities to keep us busy.

We were overall very pleased with our accommodations. The two bed/two bath condo was very spacious. Every room was very large, including the bathrooms. The condo also had a very large covered porch with a 6 seat table and a lounge and lots of room beyond. This was a great space to enjoy the cool evenings and to watch and listen to the rain

Although the beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed, it was noisy. We had to be moved once due to loud construction. In our new room, the grounds crew were so loud we could not enjoy a meal out on our lanai.
